    Itinerary

    Day 1

Day 1: Cairo to Luxor - East Bank Sightseeing
A Lotus Egypt Tours representative will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you'll be met by your private tour guide, who will accompany you on a captivating journey through the ancient wonders of Luxor.
Begin your exploration with a visit to the awe-inspiring Karnak Temple, the largest religious complex ever built in ancient Egypt.
Known by its original name Ipet-Isut, meaning 'The Most Sacred of Places', Karnak was developed over more than 2,000 years by successive pharaohs.
One of its highlights is the Hypostyle Hall, a breathtaking forest of massive stone columns.
Enjoy a delicious lunch at a quality local restaurant, then continue to the majestic Luxor Temple, a magnificent structure built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II.
The temple was dedicated to the god Amun and served as the center of many religious festivals.
After the tour, enjoy some free time for shopping in the local bazaars before checking into your hotel in Luxor for an evening at leisure and overnight stay.

    Day 2

Day 2: Luxor - West Bank & Nile Felucca Experience
Start your day with a relaxing breakfast at your hotel, then begin your tour of the West Bank of the Nile, home to some of ancient Egypt's most iconic monuments.
Visit the towering Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III.
Then continue to the legendary Valley of the Kings, the royal necropolis where the tombs of Egypt's most powerful pharaohs were carved deep into the desert cliffs.
You'll explore three tombs, each adorned with vibrant wall paintings and ancient inscriptions.
Next, visit the stunning Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, one of the most striking architectural masterpieces in Egypt.
This terraced temple was built for Egypt's most powerful female ruler and blends beautifully with the surrounding cliffs.
Afterwards, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then board a traditional felucca sailboat for a peaceful ride along the Nile to Banana Island, where you can relax and enjoy the lush scenery and local culture.
